Kent Hovind is an American young-Earth creationist evangelist and the founder of Creation Science Evangelism, a ministry he established in 1989 to promote young-Earth creationism and challenge evolutionary theory. Before founding CSE, he taught science and math for roughly fifteen years at Christian schools. He became widely known for his "Creation Seminar" video series, his public debates with evolutionists, and his energetic lecture style on college campuses and in churches. Hovind operates Dinosaur Adventure Land, a creationist theme park and museum, and continues to produce daily videos, host livestreams, and conduct seminars defending a literal reading of Genesis.
