Philip Anthony Mitchell is the founder and lead pastor of 2819 Church, a Christ-centered movement based in Atlanta, GA, and founder of the 2819 Institute. A native of Queens, NY, Philip graduated with honors from North Carolina Central University and holds a degree in Pastoral and Church Leadership from Valor Christian College. A bold communicator with a no-sugarcoating approach to Scripture, Philip has drawn millions of followers across social media and grown 2819 Church from under 200 to over 6,000 weekly attendees in just a few years. He is married to his wife Lena since 2004 and together they are raising two sons and two daughters in the Atlanta area.
