N.T. Wright
About
Nicholas Thomas Wright is one of the world's leading New Testament scholars, a retired Anglican bishop, and the author of over 80 books. He served as Bishop of Durham (2003–2010) and is Research Professor Emeritus of New Testament and Early Christianity at the University of St Andrews. He is currently a Senior Research Fellow at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford. Wright is best known for his multi-volume series Christian Origins and the Question of God, his rigorous historical defense of the bodily resurrection, and his influential work on Pauline theology. He delivered the prestigious Gifford Lectures at the University of Aberdeen.
